Parr & Woolford – Launching E-Commerce
PWP Landscapes are high-end landscape architects who have worked with the world’s wealthiest clients for 25 years.
Their Challenge
They needed to launch an e-commerce platform, Parr & Woolford, to sell the luxury outdoor accessories they regularly install in their grand designs. The site had to meet the expectations of their discerning clientele while operating as an enquiry-based platform. A key goal was to segment customers and collect detailed information upfront to streamline the quoting process before a sales call.
My Solution
I built a clean, efficient, and high-performing site with smart automations:
Zapier automated data collection, sending customer enquiries into a structured Google Sheet with filters for product specifications and contact details. This data is instantly sent to the business manager for follow-up.
Mailchimp became the CRM, enabling lead segmentation, follow-ups, and ongoing client engagement.
To maintain a premium visual standard, I used Topaz Labs GigaPixel to upscale low-quality supplier images, ensuring they matched the site’s high-end aesthetic.

Petra Erving
Petra is a specialist in lymphatic therapy, scar tissue treatment, and postoperative recovery. She helps patients heal after plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery using advanced Manual Lymph Drainage techniques. Through her Online & In-Person Aftercare Academy, she also trains therapists to safely and effectively treat postoperative patients.
I’ve worked with Petra for over three years, maintaining and updating her Kajabi website while also managing the backend for her online and in-person retreats in the South of Spain.
Example: Petra’s 5-Day Retreat
Petra needed a system to launch and manage her 5-day retreat, scheduled four months from when she approached me. My goal was to create a streamlined, automated setup that:
Built a webinar funnel where the retreat sign-up was only revealed at the end.
Captured and segmented client details based on their level of interest.
Automated retreat sign-ups with timed email sequences for deposit payments.
Set up backend emails to deliver the correct information based on each client’s payment type (one-time or installment plan).
Since Petra needed full control over her system, I structured everything within Kajabi, ensuring all tags, segments, and automation were jargon-free and easy for her to navigate.
Results
The retreat sold out in two weeks, and every participant received their relevant payment and retreat details without issues. By properly tagging and segmenting customers, Petra can now easily target the right audience for future retreats, making sign-ups even smoother.
